We have a new program:  Free FamilyWize prescription drug discount cards that are now available to help the people in our community lower the cost of their medicine.

FamilyWize cards are primarily for people with no health insurance or prescription coverage. However, they can be used by everyone in our community that needs to buy medicine not covered by their insurance, Medicaid or Medicare plans.  The cards have no usage or age limits, income requirements or registration forms, and can be used immediately! 

The following pharmacies in our community accept the FamilyWize prescription drug discount cards: Drug Fair in Berkeley Heights, CVS in New Providence and in Summit, and Creative Pharmacy and Liss Pharmacies in Summit. 

Many American families have insufficient or no prescription drug coverage.  These discount prescription drug cards will help families who otherwise could not afford much needed prescription drugs. We hope the entire community will join us in thanking the pharmacies in our community that have voluntarily agreed to accept the card and provide these savings to the people in need in our community.

"The FamilyWize community service partnership is committed to reducing the cost of medicine for children, families and individuals with no prescription drug coverage by $100 million in five years. These cards can reduce prescription drug costs by an average of 20 percent or more.  Working with reputable and established charities like local United Way agencies and the America’s Promise Alliance is one of the best ways to reach the people who really need to save money on prescription drugs."
